About Us

The Beaumont Electrical Apprenticeship Program is a registered apprenticeship program with the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship Training.  The Beaumont Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee consists of three (3) National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) representatives and three (3) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 479 representatives; which meet monthly to govern our committee policies, rules and selection procedures.  One the job training assignments are provided by our Signatory Contractors.  Jobsite training is supervised by our IBEW Local 479 highly skilled craftsmen.
